The Qisheng project has a total investment of 870 million yuan, covers an area of 135 acres, and has 6 rubber adhesive RA-65 production lines with an annual production capacity of 20000 tons. There are 4 rubber anti-aging agent DTPD production lines with an annual production capacity of 10000 tons.

Qisheng's rubber anti-aging agent DTPD and hexahydroxymethyl melamine are both at the domestic first-class level. The rubber adhesive developed by the company has reached the international first-class level. Qisheng is one of the few domestic enterprises capable of producing polymeric hexamethoxymethylmelamine resin (polymeric adhesive), and its quality far exceeds that of monomeric hexamethoxymethylmelamine resin produced in the same industry in China. After the improvement of Qisheng, the product's functionality has been greatly enhanced, and the quality has reached the quality level of Allnex and the German Langsheng COHEDUR brand, which belongs to the leading domestic and international advanced level.
